Who has not been enchanted if not outright enthralled by the sheer mastery of the Canadian chanteuse Loreena McKennitt ? She has a unique vision which manages to combine ancient folk melodies, brilliant new arrangements, inventive use of percussive sounds, and her powerful vocals. WE are the fortunate ones, indeed, to get to listen to such artistry.
